1. Create your profile and start searching

Sign up and create your tenant profile, it takes less than 3 mins. Filter the search according to your preferences. Enter the ads that fit you, look at the photos, floor plan and video that simulates the visit, know the characteristics of the property and how the bills will be paid.

Identity verification

We verify your identity so that we can vouch for who you are to potential owners. Your identity will never be revealed to anyone you do not allow.

Tenant information

Fill in relevant tenant information to apply for rentals it is important that you give information to landlords as it is the first thing they see from you.

Discover our homes

It reviews all the visual content of the property, the date of availability, the characteristics, the distribution of payment of supplies, rental price and minimum stay.

2. Book directly or visit, if you prefer.

You can apply for your rental in up to 3 different houses, follow your applications from the rental panel and check the owners who have accepted your application. In case you want to see the apartment, request a visit and we will show you the house without obligation.

Face-to-face visit

If you are not sure if it is the perfect house for you, get out of doubt by visiting it in person or by video call. One of our Check-mates will take care of all this.

Cordial reservation

You can apply for up to 3 rentals without the need to pay or block any of your budget. You will be able to decide which rental to confirm among the owners who accept your application.

Follow-up of each application

At any time you can access your dashboard and see where your application stands. In addition, if you are no longer convinced by the house you applied for, you can cancel your application at no cost, as long as the owner has not accepted.

3. Decide among those who accept you

In the next 24 hours the owner(s) will review your reservation request, your profile and the guarantees you offer; based on this information, they accept or reject the request. Once you are accepted, choose which rental to confirm among those that have accepted you and make the payment for the reservation.

You have the last word

With MeiT you have the peace of mind of being able to decide which rental to stay with. Other platforms only allow you to apply for a single rental, and if you are approved you are charged the full amount of the reservation. Here you decide which ones you are accepted for.

The sooner the better

You can upload your solvency guarantees to the profile before applying for the rental, this way you will speed up the process even more. When the landlord accepts you and you confirm the rental, he will be able to review them in record time.

4. It is time to sign the contract

When you confirm the rental, we will charge you the first month's rent and the MeiT fee. At this point we start what we call the negotiated rent. Here you guarantee your solvency and the landlord raises the rental contract. We will be there for any questions you may have .

Solvency guarantees

Now it is your turn to raise the solvency guarantees, if you have not already done so. The owner will accept your guarantees if he agrees with them, if he does not agree with them, he will tell us his reasons and you will be able to raise them again to adapt them to his requirements.

Signing of the contract

The owner will upload the rental contract for you to read, review, resolve your doubts and sign it. You will be able to do all these steps from the platform and from any device.

5. Until you arrive, we don't pay!

Once you have finished with the rental negotiation, you just have to agree with the owner the time of arrival. Rest assured, we do not transfer the booking money to the owner until 24 hours after your arrival, during this time you can inform us if there is anything that does not match between the advert and the flat you have booked. 

Handing over the keys

We will put you in contact with the owner so that you can arrange your arrival time, meet you and hand over the keys to the flat.

Presentation and advice

Introduce yourself to your landlord, remember that he/she will be your landlord and that MeiT believes in a good relationship between landlord and tenant. Ask any questions you may have about the neighbourhood and ask for recommendations for bars, supermarkets or restaurants.
